Sarah Agha is an actress and writer based in London. She read Theology and Middle Eastern Studies at Trinity College Dublin before performing professionally. She recently co-presented ‘The Holy Land And Us’ about 1948 Palestine on BBC Two.
Acting training includes courses with the National Youth Theatre and the New York Film Academy. Theatre credits include roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Globe Theatre. Screen credits include Homeland, Into The Badlands and an upcoming BFI / Film 4 feature.
Sarah works regularly as a voiceover artist for audiobooks, video games and radio (BBC 3 and 4) and also as a freelance writer for various publications like Middle East Eye and Backstage Magazine. When not performing or writing, Sarah runs her own showreel editing company, Killer Reels. She has been awarded a BAFTA Connect membership.
Sarah also curates the Arab Film Club – a community celebrating and exploring cinema from the Arab world which she founded during lockdown.
